Job Description:

Conduct data analysis to drive business decisions by understanding business requirements and requests; determine needed data based on business requests; gather data from internal and external sources; research and evaluate environmental factors (for example, competition, customer needs, frequency) that could affect business outcomes; synthesize data to ensure it is telling a consistent story; analyze business trends; predict future trends and their impact to the business; identify potential business opportunities based on analysis and findings (for example, correlations, clustering); and recommend solutions and future strategies based on findings.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Business or related field
Must have excellent attention to detail while managing multi-tasking across multiple seasons
Strong presentation skills with experience presenting in front of product and executive teams
Proven skills at identifying & executing adoption of lifestyle, fashion & footwear trends
3-5 years of experience in apparel trend and/or design is required
Self-starter with the ability to collaborate with several cross functional teams
Ability to prioritize and meet essential deadlines
Strong technical skills a must – MicroSoft Office, PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with travel in key domestic and international markets highly preferred
Great collaboration and negotiation skills
Flexible and adaptable
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary
