Job Responsibilities:

Represent Boeing to external talent and provide a world-class and engaging experience for our candidates
Act as main point of contact to candidates throughout the process, ensure timely and frequent communications, and respond to candidate inquires
Support candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the hiring process with interview scheduling, offer logistics, etc.
Prioritize multiple tasks and manage work load and time effectively
Act as lead integrator for small team of candidate experience specialists to ensure we are meeting service level agreements, providing a world-class candidate experience, consistently applying simplified processes and tools, and making process improvements when appropriate.
Engage with talent advisors and hiring managers to ensure we capture and retain the best talent for Boeing

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

3+ years’ experience in a role where attention to detail, accuracy and quality are needed
3+ years’ experience informally or formally leading teams
1+ years’ experience managing high-volume of candidates and/or requests at one time
3+ years’ experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
3+ years’ experience building and maintaining professional relationships
1+ years’ experience engaging with candidates as part of recruiting efforts
