    The Consumer Card Manager I will be responsible for oversight of the Consumer Card Acquisition Student Strategies. Responsibilities include coordination with strategies, product, finance, legal, compliance and credit risk to mitigate credit risk while optimizing responsible growth. The position requires being able to manage simultaneous complex analytics and translating results into meaningful output. It also requires creative thinking and problem solving in order to achieve desired results.

    • Develop techniques to confidently engage with clients by telephone
    • Have an opportunity to earn your Security Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 licenses though structured lessons, in depth online resources, and on-site coaching
    • Build your knowledge of core banking and investment solutions and connect clients to all of the solutions we provide

    Job Requirements/Qualifications:

    • Be a team player and a thoughtful risk-taker
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Strong working knowledge of the process and tools used for development, validation, implementation and documentation of credit risk and/or marketing business strategies and/or models
    • Previous experience in presenting to Senior Management
    • Ability to communicate effectively and influence others to drive results
    • Effective project management and organizational skills; ability to collaborate, manage, and expand relationships across the organization
    • Ability to work independently as a self starter and oversee analysts.
    • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
    • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate across multiple business lines.
    • Proven analytical ability and problem solving skills as demonstrated through 5+ years related professional work experience
    • Strong communication (oral, written) and organizational skills; must exhibit a high attention to detail and strong writing ability along with proven experience of telling a story with data.
