    Job Responsibilities:

    • Partner closely with VL Engineering leadership to create Talent Strategies that support Business Strategies
    • Develop and deploy integrated Human Resources services, processes and data analytics that drive business results for the VL Engineering organization, including:
    • Talent acquisition – staffing strategies and action plans
    • Engagement, development and retention initiatives
    • Consultation on a range of HR-related deliverables
    • Champion a culture of diversity and inclusion
    • Succession Planning and pipeline development
    • Performance management and compensation
    • Enable informed, data-driven business decisions by providing robust workforce analytics, trends and consultation
    • Establish strong, collaborative relationships with business leadership and colleagues across HR, including our Centers of Excellence (CoEs), based on trust, credibility, expertise and business acumen
    • Partner closely with VL Engineering leadership and other key stakeholders to develop a deep, diverse talent pipeline of current and future leaders

     

    Job Requirements/Qualifications:

     

    • 5+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce/talent strategies to meet organization objectives
    • 5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processe
    • 5+ years of experience with analytics and/or project management processes
    • 5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior business/functional leaders
