Boeing is seeking talented, motivated, and high-performing software engineers to help create technologies that will define the future of aerospace. In this position, you will collaborate with other world-class scientists, researchers, and engineers innovating on a range of technologies including: Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI/ML), Advanced Training & Simulation, Production Analytics, Autonomy, Electro-Optical/Infrared Sensing, Cybersecurity, Disruptive Computing & Networks, and High-Fidelity Digital Twin & Virtualization.

Job Responsibilities:

Supports software project management and software supplier management functions.
Selects, tailors and deploys processes and tools; establishes metrics.
Troubleshoots software issues.
Develops and maintains code and integrates software components into a fully functional software system.
Performs software research and trade studies.
Assists with test procedures and documenting test results to ensure software system requirements are met.
Assists with the development, documentation and maintenance of architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces and designs for software systems.
Works under general supervision.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) tools such as GitLab CI and Jenkins
Experience using team collaboration tools e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
Experience with containers and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes
Good understanding of Microservices and web technologies
Experience creating and maintaining database stored procedures, views and other functions.
Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, and object-oriented programming.
