    Blizzard Entertainment is looking for a passionate, smart, and driven individual to drive business performance on the Diablo IV franchise. This role will be a key member of the Diablo IV commercial team. You will be responsible for a player-centric and data-informed strategy to optimize for long-term engagement with Diablo IV. The ideal candidate will combine a data-informed approach with a deep, intuitive understanding of the needs of the core audience. Additionally, this role requires outstanding communication skills, a collaborative approach to developing strategy, and proven experience driving impact against KPIs in a live service game.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Promote and contribute to a culture of diversity and inclusion
    • Drive generation of quantitative and qualitative analysis to support continuous improvement of the player end-to-end journey in Diablo IV.
    • Structure and monitor key growth metrics (e.g., acquisition, retention, reactivation KPIs).
    • Analyze industry trends and broad macroeconomic movements to help identify and analyze new, evolving opportunities and customer segments
    • In collaboration with partners in Marketing and on the game dev team, create a SKU strategy to effectively price Diablo’s box and expansions to maximize revenue over a five-year period.
    • Collaboratively build an evolving growth strategy to acquire and retain new players by understanding where the first-time user experience creates leaks in the funnel, and proposing solutions, as well as opportunities for improvement to design

    Job Requirements/Qualifications:

    • 8 years of relevant product strategy experience, preferably on a live service game in a product management, strategy, or analytical role.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

    • Adept at leading through influence and working through consensus building.
    • Ability to analyze industry trends and broad macroeconomic movements to help identify and analyze new, evolving opportunities and customer segments.
    • Experience leading growth initiatives focused on acquiring new players.
    • Experience creating data informed pitches for game features.
    • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Comfortable giving presentations to large groups and senior management.
